Annual General Body Meeting was held on 16th Sep 2018 and following are the highlights of the discussion.

• Enormous data has already been collected for creation of souvenir on the history of Vidyaranyapura for the benefit of the future generation and is ready for publishing. President emphasized that before publishing the history the data need to be vetted by the members and if any modifications / additional data can submit to the Souvenir Committee on priority. He also suggested that the souvenir information must be formatted event wise in chronological order and published in the belrwa website for the members to go through and suggest any additions, corrections, or improvements. After incorporations of all the suggestions and corrections, approval will be taken in EC Members meeting to go ahead for printing  Also requested the members’ to suggest an unique name for the Souvenir.

• It is proposed to have a new building for the association in the same location, once the BEL HOUSE BUILDING SOCEITY gets the clearance from BBMP.

•  A separate Photo Directory as on 31st Aug 2018 has been printed with alphabetical index and kept in the Association Office for reference by members. And copy of the reference book has pages with blank columns for the members to record any corrections printed.

• Many other points related to Demolition of old overhead tanks, traffic, electricity, and water supply problems, overflow of drainage water, footpaths being occupied by vendors etc. have been discussed.

• President replied that Association will have separate discussions with the relevant authorities and problems will be appraised for immediate solutions.

• The meeting concluded with a lunch.
